CONGRATULATIONS to Tina Bryant!
2022-2023 Winter Outstanding Paraprofessional

Congratulations to Windy Gap Para-Professional Tina Bryant! Tina is always willing to go the extra mile to serve her students and help the classroom teachers. She is flexible, dedicated, and hard-working. She's an asset to the Windy Gap team.
Mrs. Bryant helps during the reading block by maintaining charts, documenting focus, attention to task, and the number of redirections necessary all while also helping special education students meet their academic goals. She also goes above the call of duty by pulling a PALs group that would otherwise not get services since they are 3rd graders and the PALs tutor schedule is filled with students from lower grades. She develops lesson plans for that group and gathers the necessary data to monitor them through the RTI process. She is always quick to jump in wherever necessary.
She genuinely cares for students and goes above and beyond to keep them organized and up to date on the material covered. Tina goes above and beyond her required responsibilities to ensure that her students have the academic and social/emotional support they need to succeed.
Mrs. Bryant continually goes out of her way with helping her students. She also doubles as the 3rd grade PALS Tutor when we need her to. She comes to work every day with a smile on her face even during tough times.
